Chicken Shinwari Karahi
Ingredients:
Take a karahi
Cooking oil : 1/2 cup
Chicken :700 G
Salt to taste
Green chili :4-5
Garlic chopped :1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper :1 tbsp
Cook for 3-4 mints then add
Tomato :3 (6 slices)
Water :1/2 cup
Ginger chopped :1 tbsp
Cook for 2-3 mints on low flame
Peel off the tomato slices
Mix well
Cook 5 mints on medium flame
Lemon :1 tbsp
Mix well then turn off the flame
Your delicious chicken shinwari karahi is ready.
